sign.online partners with European Diplomats and Sounds & Stories to expand into European government markets. The new strategic partnership for growth will target public sector clients across Europe with digital transformation advice and workflow solutions.

2025 is proving to be a pivotal year for sign.online. From repositioning our core strategy to rolling out product developments and expanding our team, we’re putting in place the foundations that will take us into our next stage of growth.

A big highlight has been witnessing ever-increasing use of our open digital signing platform, at the same time as we continue to roll out new product and security features.

sign.online also recently completed our first turnkey solution for a business client in need of systems automating high volume digital contract management.

Plus, we’re currently putting the finishing touches on a refreshed strategy to expand sign.online into new markets over the next twelve months. The new strategic objective is to advise public sector clients across Europe on digital transformation and implement digital workflow solutions, as the EU prepares to adopt transformative smart wallets and member countries increasingly switch from paper to digital.

To support the implementation of our new strategy, sign.online is delighted to announce a new strategic three-company partnership for growth, under which sign.online welcomes two new business partners: European Diplomats and Sounds & Stories.

The partnership will adopt a targeted approach by both identifying public sector agencies undergoing or needing digital transformation support and positioning sign.online as their optimal solution. In this way, the partnership will leverage each party’s core competencies.

European Diplomats provides strategic guidance to private sector, non-profit and governmental organisations, helping brands to internationalise whilst effectively navigating the complex landscape of B2B, B2G, G2B and B2B2G relations. For sign.online, European Diplomats is taking on the role of market access provision, procurement expertise, and government relationship-management.

About the partnership, CEO and Founder of European Diplomats Alistair Starling said:

The government IT services market represents a significant untapped revenue opportunity for sign.online. European Diplomats is excited to bring our specialist market knowledge and established relationships to the partnership to open doors for sign.online to digitally transform government processes in Europe.”

Sounds & Stories specialises in building brand awareness for startups, scaleups and SMEs through strategic storytelling and content creation. Sounds & Stories will be responsible for building the market credibility of sign.online vis-a-vis government clients, through impactful content marketing and thought leadership.

“Having worked as both a corporate lawyer and a content strategist,” said Sounds & Stories Founder Hannah Brown, “I’m comfortable working with cross-sector actors in regulated industries and translating technical or legal nuance into policy-ready content narratives.

My priority is to build awareness of the clear benefits of sign.online for government actors searching for more efficiency and trust in their day-to-day dealings with citizens.”

sign.online CEO and Co-Founder Martin Nørgaard Gregersen agreed that “government agencies face many challenges when managing contracts, transactions, and consents with their citizens and stakeholders. Besides the time, costs and paper needed, citizens have come to expect secure, digital options for day-to-day services from their public authorities.

sign.online has the tools and experience to address these challenges and can tailor solutions to fit the needs of both the authorities and their citizens.”

sign.online has set ambitious milestones to crack the government sector over the next 12 months. Its strategic partnership for growth with European Diplomats and Sounds & Stories puts it in good stead to achieve this, and thus free up new avenues of revenue and expansion.

Stay tuned for more news and resources for government officials on the sign.online website soon.
